At gmhomerentals, we are committed to ensuring that your plants arrive healthy and as described. If an issue occurs, we offer a clear and fair exchange policy outlined below.
Exchange requests may be approved under the following conditions:
The plant arrives damaged during transit
An incorrect item is received (wrong variety, size, or quantity)
The plant arrives in poor health, provided the issue is not caused by customer handling or post-delivery care
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
Personal preference, aesthetic expectations, or natural color variation
Damage resulting from delayed unboxing, improper handling, or inadequate care after delivery
Requests submitted more than 15 days after the delivery date
Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Please contact us at info@gmhomerentals.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Step 2: Review & Approval
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility.
Step 3: Return Instructions (If Applicable)
If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address. Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Replacement Shipment
Once the returned item is received and approved (if applicable), the replacement will be shipped within 2 business days, and tracking information will be provided.
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), gmhomerentals will cover all associated shipping costs.
If an exchange is approved due to customer preference (rare and subject to prior approval), the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
Please note that plants are living organisms. Minor variations in color, size, and shape compared to product photos are natural and do not qualify for exchange.
If a return is required, please use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials. Items that sustain additional damage due to insufficient packaging during return transit may be rejected.
