Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once an order is marked as shipped or a tracking number is issued, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request Cancellation

Please contact us at info@gmhomerentals.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If eligible, cancellations are confirmed within 1 business day.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders already shipped or in transit

• Requests made more than 24 hours after order placement

• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Cancellable

Refund for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
